How long does it take?
While the exact time frame for delivery may vary depending on the complexity of the design and our current workload, we aim to have your portrait completed and ready to ship within 2-4 days. Please keep in mind that custom art takes time and care, and we want to ensure that your portrait is a true masterpiece.
What if I am not happy with my portrait?
We're always happy to work with our customers to make any necessary revisions, and we encourage you to communicate any feedback or concerns you may have with the design. We want you to be completely satisfied with your custom portrait, and we'll do everything in our power to make sure you love the final product.
Since our products are personalized and made specifically for each order, we currently do not offer refunds. However, we're committed to providing you with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, and we'll work with you to resolve any issues that may arise.
Will I be charged for changes to my order after it's been made?
We understand that sometimes details can be missed, so our artists will assume any specifications not included in the order notes. However, it's important to note that additional charges may apply if changes are needed due to missing details or specifications. We'll always communicate any potential charges with you before making any changes.
Wrong Address
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, and it's important to make sure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order. If the courier considers the address to be insufficient, the shipment may be returned to our print partner and ultimately destroyed.
We want to ensure that your custom portrait arrives safely and in a timely manner, so we encourage you to double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you need to update the address after the order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist you.

Unclaimed
We want to make sure that your custom portrait arrives safely and on time, so it's important to keep an eye on the shipment's tracking information and make arrangements to claim your package when it arrives. In the event that a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to our print partner, the package will be destroyed.
If you need to submit a new order due to an unclaimed shipment, please contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you. However, please note that you will be responsible for the costs of the new order.
